Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods, using the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made Goods
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past expiry
- Unsealed hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear/intimates)
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded; sale items are final unless required by law.

- Return addresses are only for product returns.

Undeliverable, Unclaimed, and Returned Orders
Orders may be returned due to undeliverable addresses, customs being unclaimed, or refusal by the customer.
Returned products will be stored for up to 30 days at no cost. We’ll notify you by email. After 30 days, unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.
Reshipping Orders
New shipping charges apply when reshipping orders.
Returns Due to Error
If the return is due to our error, we cover the expense.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
Returns due to preferences (e.g., sizing, no defect) require placing a new order at your expense.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. Otherwise, refunds go to the gift giver.
